The hotel has a great location! You will be 7 min walk from the sanctuary, 2 min walk from Carrefour market, many restaurants and downtown. ATM is in the next building if you need cash. The hotel is clean, well maintained. It does not have a TV but who wants a tv in lourdes. Dani, owner/manager, is the best host you can get. She is the kindest, most dedicated person you can meet and while you can find maybe better standing hotels (and more expensive obviously) I doubt you will find a better host and personalized service. Highly recommended, you won’t regret it!

Great location and price. 30 euro for a single per night is a bargain. I had forgotten my phone's charger but the manager let me borrow his until I checked out. The bed is very comfortable and the room is toasty on a cold night. My room overlooked the river and the castle! Con: No television in the room, but I never needed one.
The service is very good!! I feel at home when i stayed here.Madam is very accomodating. Very nice place to stay when in lourdes. Its near from the basilica of lourdes. I enjoyed my stay here!!!
